Shipping & Return Policy — TeeVybe
Dispatch & Delivery
- Every order is dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours of confirmation. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2–8 working days depending on your pincode (metro cities usually see 2–4 days).
- Prepaid orders ship free anywhere in India. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available; COD orders may carry a small collection fee shown at checkout.
- You will receive tracking details by email/WhatsApp as soon as your order ships. You can also track anytime from My Account → Orders.
7-Day Easy Returns
- Changed your mind or got the wrong size? You can request a return within 7 days of delivery — no questions asked.
- We arrange reverse pickup from your doorstep wherever the service is available for your pincode. Pickup will be attempted twice; if unsuccessful, we may request you to ship the item to our warehouse address (courier cost reimbursed as store credit).
- Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact, in their original packaging. Items returned worn, damaged, or without tags cannot be refunded.
Refunds
- Once your return passes our quality check, refunds are processed within 7 working days to your original payment method. COD refunds are issued to your UPI/bank account.
- Original shipping/COD charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- For size exchanges, place a return for the original item and order your preferred size right away — that way your new size ships within 48 hours instead of waiting for the return to complete.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch from My Account or by messaging us. Once dispatched, please use the return flow instead.
Damaged / Wrong Item Received
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we'll ship a replacement at no cost or refund you in full, including shipping.
