Refund policy

Dispatch & Delivery

  1. Every order is dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours of confirmation. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2–8 working days depending on your pincode (metro cities usually see 2–4 days).
  2. Shipping is free on orders over ₹999; orders up to ₹999 carry a flat ₹79 shipping charge. Full details are in our Shipping Policy. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available; COD orders may carry a small collection fee shown at checkout.
  3. You will receive tracking details by email/WhatsApp as soon as your order ships. You can also track anytime from My Account → Orders.

7-Day Easy Returns

  1. Changed your mind or got the wrong size? You can request a return within 7 days of delivery — no questions asked.
  2. We arrange reverse pickup from your doorstep wherever the service is available for your pincode. Pickup will be attempted twice; if unsuccessful, we may request you to ship the item to our warehouse address (courier cost reimbursed as store credit).
  3. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact, in their original packaging. Items returned worn, damaged, or without tags cannot be refunded.

Refunds

  1. Once your return passes our quality check, refunds are processed within 7 working days to your original payment method. COD refunds are issued to your UPI/bank account.
  2. Original shipping/COD charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  1. For size exchanges, place a return for the original item and order your preferred size right away — that way your new size ships within 24 hours instead of waiting for the return to complete.

Cancellations

  1. Orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch from My Account or by messaging us. Once dispatched, please use the return flow instead.

Damaged / Wrong Item Received

  1. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we'll ship a replacement at no cost or refund you in full, including shipping.
