Everything you need to know about how your TeeVybe order reaches you. These terms apply to orders placed on teevybe.com.
Where we ship
We deliver to serviceable pincodes across India. If your pincode is not serviceable, checkout will tell you before you pay.
Dispatch time
Every order leaves our warehouse within 24 hours of being confirmed. You get a message the moment it ships.
Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery takes 2 to 8 working days, depending on your pincode. Metro cities are usually at the faster end. Courier delays during sale periods, festivals or bad weather can add a day or two.
Shipping charges
- Orders over ₹999: free shipping.
- Orders up to ₹999: a flat ₹79 shipping charge.
- Cash on Delivery: available on most pincodes. COD orders carry a small collection fee, shown at checkout before you confirm.
Tracking your order
Tracking details arrive by email and WhatsApp as soon as your order ships. You can also follow it anytime from My Vybe → Orders.
Address changes and cancellations
Please check your address, pincode and phone number at checkout. If something is wrong, write to us straight away: we can change the address or cancel the order only before it is dispatched.
Damaged or wrong item
If your parcel arrives damaged, defective or with the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will ship a replacement at no cost or refund you in full, including shipping.
Returns and exchanges
You have 7 days from delivery to return or exchange. The full process is in our Return & Refund Policy.
