Welcome to TeeVybe. By accessing or purchasing from teevybe.com (the "Site"), you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully — they're written to be fair and clear.

1. About Us

TeeVybe is an Indian streetwear label. All products are designed in-house and made in India. [Replace with legal entity: "TeeVybe is operated by KXORA PRIVATE LIMITED, having its registered office at Ahmedabad, India."

2. Eligibility

By using the Site you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or using it under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

- Product colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to display settings and photography lighting. Fabric weight (GSM) and measurements may vary within industry-standard tolerance of ±5%.

- We work in limited drops. A product shown on the Site may sell out; we reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, prices, and offers at any time without notice. Obvious pricing errors may be cancelled and refunded in full.

4. Orders & Payment

- An order is confirmed only when you receive our confirmation email/message. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, bulk/reseller purchasing, or pricing errors — with a full refund where payment was taken.

- Payments are processed by secure, PCI-compliant payment partners. We never store your card details. Cash on Delivery, UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets are supported where shown at checkout.

5. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Dispatch, delivery, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our [Shipping & Return Policy], which forms part of these terms.

6. Accounts

Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email — no passwords. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for all activity under your account.

7. Promotions & Discount Codes

Offers and coupon codes cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. Misuse of offers (including multiple accounts) may lead to order cancellation.

8. Intellectual Property

Every design, graphic, logo, photograph, and text on this Site — including our prints and the TeeVybe brand marks — is our property or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use them commercially without our written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting unauthorised access, scraping, placing fraudulent orders, or uploading harmful content in reviews or messages.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeeVybe's total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (courier disruptions, natural events, strikes, etc.).

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled according to our [Privacy Policy]. We only collect what we need to fulfil orders and improve your experience, and we never sell your data.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [your city, e.g. Mumbai/Ahmedabad] shall have exclusive jurisdiction. We'd always rather solve an issue directly first — talk to us before anything formal; we're reasonable people.
