Orders & shipping
Where is my order?
Sign in and open Orders on your My Vybe page. Every order shows a live timeline with the courier and a tracking link once it leaves the studio. We also WhatsApp you at each step.
How fast do you ship?
Orders placed before 2pm leave the Ahmedabad studio the same day, everything else within 24 hours. Delivery is 2 to 3 days in Gujarat and metros, 4 to 6 days elsewhere in India.
Is shipping free?
Free above ₹999. Below that it is a flat ₹79. Cash on delivery adds nothing extra.
Can I change the address after ordering?
Yes, until it is packed. WhatsApp us the order number and the new address.
Returns & exchanges
What is the return window?
7 days from delivery, unworn, unwashed, tags on. Start it from Orders and we arrange the pickup.
How do exchanges work?
Pick the new size in the return flow. We ship the new one as soon as the courier scans the pickup.
When do I get my refund?
Within 5 working days of the pickup scan, to the original payment method. COD orders are refunded to UPI or bank details you give us.
What happens to my Vybe Coins if I return?
Pending coins from the returned piece are cancelled. If you paid partly with coins, those coins go straight back into your wallet on the day the refund is issued.

How do I earn Vybe Coins?
Every order earns 1 coin per ₹1 on the amount you pay, site or app. The full list is on the Vybe Coins page.
When do my coins show up?
They are pending from the moment you order and go live 7 days after delivery, once the return window closes.
How much are coins worth?
500 coins = ₹25 off. You redeem in ₹25 blocks at checkout, up to 20% of the order.
Are the site and the app the same wallet?
One wallet tied to your phone number. Earn on the site, spend in the app or the other way around.
Sizing & fabric
How do your tees fit?
Boxy and oversized cuts run one size looser than a regular tee. Every product page lists the fit note and a size guide.
Will it shrink?
Every tee is pre-washed once in the studio, so what you get is what you keep. Wash cold, inside out, hang dry.
What is 240 GSM?
Grams per square metre, the weight of the fabric. Most Indian tees are 160 to 180. 240 drapes instead of clinging and does not go see-through.
Payments & account
What can I pay with?
UPI, cards, net banking, EMI above ₹3,000 and cash on delivery.
Do I need a password?
No. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your phone or email. Your first order creates the account.
Can I use a promo code and coins together?
Yes. Apply the promo first, then flip the coins switch. Coins come off the discounted total.
